In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Janine's did a fabulous job on the flowers for my mother in law's birthday. I ordered the designer's choice so they could have the option to use any flowers available and not be limited to a picture. I am also a floral designer but in Michigan, so I understand the importance of this and was extremely happy with the flowers they sent. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!! She loved them btw!

Wasn't initially pleased with the arrangement but appreciate the personal phone call from Janine. I should have contacted her directly instead of reviewing online, my apologies. Thank you for your professional courtesy. Price was explained in detail and while I didn't particularly care for the arrangement, I can appreciate that inflation has effected your business as well.

Thank you for making my sister’s day. There is something about beautiful unexpected flowers that will make you smile. I love that I can order them the same day they are delivered. I can choose florist choice and I can trust they will be beautiful
