In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. Janine's did a fabulous job on the flowers for my mother in law's birthday. I ordered the designer's choice so they could have the option to use any flowers available and not be limited to a picture. I am also a floral designer but in Michigan, so I understand the importance of this and was extremely happy with the flowers they sent. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!! She loved them btw!

Wasn't initially pleased with the arrangement but appreciate the personal phone call from Janine. I should have contacted her directly instead of reviewing online, my apologies. Thank you for your professional courtesy. Price was explained in detail and while I didn't particularly care for the arrangement, I can appreciate that inflation has effected your business as well.

Thank you for making my sister’s day. There is something about beautiful unexpected flowers that will make you smile. I love that I can order them the same day they are delivered. I can choose florist choice and I can trust they will be beautiful
