I was pleased how easy it was to place the order online. I was kept current with the status of my order when it was actually delivered, and in a timely manner. My order needed an adjustment and we did it, pain free. I feel the cost was reasonable for the plaque I ordered. I would recommend and order from Janine's Flowers in the future.
